If your Internet service is not working, consult the following sections to perform the necessary checks on the equipment and Internet network in your home or business.

Basic checks

  1. Verify that all cables related to the antenna power module and the router are connected correctly and securely.

  2. Check different websites or apps to make sure the problem is not related to a particular site or app.

  3. Check if all devices are experiencing the same issue to make sure it's not related to one particular device.

  4. If only one device is affected, make sure Wi-Fi is turned on and your device is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

  5. Restart your devices (computers, tablets, or mobile phones, etc.). This may be enough to resolve the connection issue.

Restarting devices

  1. Unplug the power cable from the router or PoE power module.

  2. Wait a minute.

  3. Reconnect the power cable.

  4. Wait a minute and the service should become active again. In the event that the procedures carried out have not restored service, you can consult our Facebook page to find out if a widespread outage is in progress. If this is the case, rest assured that our teams are actively working to resolve the problem in order to restore your connection as quickly as possible.
